1) on 1st January we have talk with author on "Fictionalay" a collection of Short stories and translation workshop by resource person Dr.Vishal Bhadani.

2) On 7th and 8th January students from Dept Of English attended National Paper reading competition at Saurashtra University Gujrat India on the topic of "Children's Literature Fantasy and beyond.

3) on 15th January we had Guest lecture of Dr. Jay Mehta on the paper of Mass media and Communication and also have celebration of Kite festival at Dept Of English.

4) On 18th January we had screening round for selection in National Youth Parliament festival in which total 8 students were participated and all got selected at district level.

14. Cultural Evening at Atal Auditorium
On the occasion of Gandhi Nirvana Divas, Prasar bharti organised cultural evening " Pir Parayi Jani re" on 30th January in which two students(Jagruti Vasani & Riddhi Joshi) from our department went to saw the programme.
